So my truck didn't come with fog lights or a switch.

How hard is it to install some fog lights to it?

    Help appreciated!

The wiring is probably already in the dash. Look behind the switch blanks. If that's the case it isn't hard at all. You may have to install the relay and wire to the lights. The switch will probably be plug and play. Check out the fog lights anytime mod, you may have to do the mod to get them to work.

I got my first 4x4 in 1972...haven't been without one! I still like Chrome!
Sorry but your truck is not prewired, my 08 wasn't. Here is a link to a sticky. I used this to install my fog lights. I wired my "add a circuit" to the ignition so my lights can be on whenever the key is on. The sticky says use the radio switch but then your fog light are own when the key is in ACC.
I use my fog lights as daytime running lights, got my truck new in 08 and have never really turned the off.
I also added Cruise to mine, it was pretty much pre-wired, there is a sticky for that too.
    Good luck
