    Did you pre-cook the housing after painting before putting it back together?
    Did you use any RTV in the assembly?

    I'm not sure if they were pre cooked, but the housings were left out to cure for a couple days and the sealant is butyl.

    They were okay before the weather got to around 92 degrees where I live and then that's when it started fogging up.

    looks like some oily off gassing from inside the light
