I bought the spyder halo headlights a while back and just bought a HID kit here http://www.xenonpro.com/high-and-lo...on-hid-conversion-kit-for-toyota-tacoma-2009/ Correct me if im wrong but what my running lights are on, my halo rings and leds are lit up, when my headlights are on low beams the projector is on and when my headlights are on high beams the light next to it comes on. I ordered the kit and its a single bulb. So im not understanding how a single hid bulb replaces the projector and the original bulb next to it in two different areas. Should i have ordered a different kit or what? I'm confused. Thanks for any advice or help.

Sounds like your headlights have separate Hi/Lo bulbs...factory bulbs are bi-filament. On cars that have separate hi/lo's they tend to have halogen high beams anyway (HID's are not made to flash on and off when you're trying to signal).

Right, so if you really want HID's on both high and low, you'll need two kits. I'm assuming based on the link that the high and low beams use the same type of H1 bulb, if that's really the case then just order two kits (4 bulbs total). That said, if you need to flash someone with your highs, you're gonna fry your ballasts and/or bulbs as HID's aren't meant for that type of usage. IMHO, I'd stick with a single kit for your low beams and stay halogen for your highs.
