I am trying to wire up my aux reverse lights. The instructions say to hook them so that they will come on when the reverse lights are on (hooking directly to the Reverse lights). They can also come on by themselves (hooking to the battery, or aux fuse panel). The problem is that they are hot all the time, so I could accidently turn them on and run down the battery. Where else could I hook them up besides the battery? I am using a DPDT switch.

I am already using the ACC and IG1 fuses with Add-A-Fuse's on a bank of switches already.

If you do t want to be able to turn them on independently just use the trigger from the reverse lights.
