Ok so I know the recommended size is 100mm but I was wondering if anyone has tried the 110 mm in the 3.0 shrouds. The 100mm one seems a touch too small. Anyone had better luck with something a bit bigger?

    Thanks.

Too big, won't even it inside the shroud.

All the sizes are closest to what works best. The apollo 3.0 is a pain to get the halo centered in but it's not too difficult.

I hope in the future Morimoto makes shrouds with centering tabs for the halos!

Thanks for the quick reply, I was thinking 10mm wouldn't be that much bigger, but I guess it is. Thinking about getting some 105mm rings off the bay or somewhere to see how they fit.

It just takes a minute and you will get it at the exact right spot. Ya it is a pain and dumb that it doesn't fit right in there but it works. To make it easier, i plugged the ends into my cordless drill battery so it could just sit on the counter lit up while i adjusted the ring in the shroud

I Jb weld them in with the 2 part kwik-weld.

I do 3 or 4 spots and wait until the stuff is almost set up, set it on a glass table and look through from the bottom until the ring is equal in all the vents
