so I have retrofits from Burt and the driver light is out. How do i tell if it is a Ballast or ignitor?

Just a bit of history when i turn the switch it wont blink or hum or any thing. I also tried flicking it on and off several times to see if that will get it to go.

    Any help is appreciated.

    These are morimoto ballasts btw.

Switch the ballasts to the other side, If the bulb lights up with the good ballast then the other one is shot. If it still doesn't light up its the bulb.

Either that or touch your tongue to the plug on the ballast that connects to the bulb and see if it tingles.

    Bzzzzzt
