    Smoked tail lights, fox 2.0 coils in the front with 650 springs 2 4 inch hids from checkers custom switch box and magnaflow exhaust
    Anybody know a good site to buy a conversion kit for my headlights on my 96 taco so i can buy some hid bulbs

    I had a '99 Xtra Cab PreRunner SR5 V6
    95.5-97 use the sealed halogen beam headlights while the "newer" Tacos just used bulbs. To the OP, you can't just use HID bulbs to get HID, you'll need the whole kit which includes the ballasts, wiring harness etc. I would still try ebay as your best bet. Use the search terms "tacoma headlight" (without quotes) and you should see quite a few pages. You'll have to go through quite a few of them before you see some for your year. Good luck!

    i know i need the whole kit i was just saying andi have already looked at ebay all teh headligyhts for my year are weak but oh well thanks :)

    you want quality HID kit.
    www.xenonpros.com
    McCulloh or Philips are top quality, get the H4 direct plug in play kit, use that or buy a fuse relay kit that will power ur HID's directly from your battery.
