HID - new bulbs give strange shadow output

DDM bulbs fit and perfect light distribution. The problem was the XB35 bulb plastic body is too wide, which causes doesn't allow the metal clip to grab it properly. Also the alignment pins on the xb are 1 mm longer than previous. My projectors must have blind holes that are not deep enough, which doesn't allow the bulb to sit flush possibly.

Anyway, problem solved for 1/2 price.
