Highly considering installing a N-Fab light bar accompanied by 4-100W KC Lights. Are there any downsides to this? Will my Tacoma battery have enough power to support these? I won't be running them constantly, just for fun on the weekends and early morning hunting trips. Thanks.

Any tips or pointers? After you installed your lights did you like the setup? Send pics. Thanks

Have you thought about using LEDs instead?

Go LED. They'll draw less power and will likely be brighter than halogens. Probably be cheaper too.

A friend of mine has LED lights on his truck and during the 2014 hunting season they were virtually useless while driving on gravel logging roads if there even the slightest amount of dust (which at times there was a LOT from other vehicles & logging trucks). The light just bounces off the dust particles and it looked like a big giant dusty glare with virtually zero light penetration. Same with any snow falling in November & December.

They were bright as hell when the roads were clear though!

Now I don't know what kind (brand & type) they were, but based on that, I decided to go with the Hella 500 Black Magic driving lights.

Just my 2 cents based on my experience.

thanks for all the responses. I really appreciate all the input. I have considered led's, but I prefer the look of the KC style lights. Thanks for the input of the led's and how they perform on gravel roads. that definitely swayed me to purchase the KC's

I have 2 8" KC's mounted on my bumper and love them. Power wise I believe you should be fine with 4. I love them. Not helpful in a blizzard but I use them just about everywhere I can. Super helpful and I don't think you will be unhappy.

I have Rigid Dually LEDs and they don't perform like what was mentioned above.

I just looked through your website for LED lighting - is MRT the brand name y'all are building or is it something else?
