Hi all - I'm planning to install my Hella Black magic 500's soon so I was reviewing the installation instructions. I tossed the factory wiring harness & relay and purchased all new.

It appears the terminals on the relay I purchased are oriented differently than what's indicated on the instructions, so I'm not sure which wires would go where now.

The diagram in the instructions show:

30 (Battery) opposite of 85 (Ground) & 87 (To Lights) opposite of 86 (to switch).

On the relay I purchased 87 is opposite of 30 & 85 is opposite of 86.

Do I still follow the instructions or would it be the following (keeping similar orientation)?

    30 - Battery
    87 - Ground
    85 - Lights
    86 - Switch

I've seen other diagrams where lights are opposite of battery and ground is opposite of switch power.

    Any help is appreciated!!
