Wiring 3 aftermarket foglights

As per my dad, he was looking at getting IPF or lightforce fogs for his jeep but his question is how to tap into the the set of two with a third light. Would he need to change fuses or what? Any diagrams would be greatly appreciated and beneficial. Thanks guys/gals
