Depends on what you like. I have had both (painted my stock ones to look like the first pair and got the second ones).

    eBay is MUCH cheaper.

Yea they will fit. And I like the first ones. Not much of a fan of any of those projector ones with the LED's. However since you have a Sport you already have the smoked lights so I don't know how much more noticeable those would be once they're in. They do look good though.

The sport has smoked lights???? Well, that changes some things. But I would like to get all black headlights now, and black tail lights later, and then I'd have a completely black truck except for rims. I have noticed eBay is considerably cheaper.

Yes, all '09 TRD and X-R models come with smoked headlights.

I like those, but I would definitely get the black ones. Did you have any problems with the install, or were they just basically plug and play? Also, I have heard that a lot of people are having problems with them fogging up with moisture, has any had any problems with this?

    Look pretty bad ass...

Sorry if this is a dumb question... Are these brighter than stock headlights? Can you install an HID hit with these?

I think they are brighter than stock. I have no idea about the HID though. I do hope they give the blueish color, but as long as they are brighter, I don't think it matters that much. I do want the black ones though :D

i have a pair of the 2nd on the list and they are made cheap every bump the lens flops around in the housing i am not completely sure if the brand is the same but looks exacly the same.
i have the hid kit and i think it would install into both projector kits and it is way brighter then stock - i had to run one of each because of a warranty issue.

Usually the biggest complaint besides fogging due to a poor seal is the projector is of subpar quality. I had a set in my Tahoe and the light output was worse than the stock reflector. I would like to retrofit some projectors out of an Acura or Lexus into the stock housing.

I just don't understand how people think they look good. Quality, looks, output all sucks. Plus it makes the front end look like a UFO. Doing a retro owns everything!

I have the first kind with a DDM H4 kit. Look just like a BHLM. So far no fogging. But its been warm and dry. time will tell.
