hid hi/low no-go

today i stuck my gb hid's back in my new truck and the drivers side will not go from low to high without me tapping on the back of the bulb. it will switch back to low once its on high but will not go back to high beam. i try moving the grounding wire to 3 different locations but nothing. any one have the same problem?
