Interior light problem

one of the interior lights above my mirror went out and i cant figure out how to replace it, does anyone know how?? thanks

I changed out my map lights with red LEDs about a year ago. I cant remember how those lenses came off, but I remember popping them off with my leatherman knife some how. I'll try and figure it out in the AM and I'll let ya know.
