Good Price on HID??

hella kits for $60 huh, i would love to see the internals of the ballasts on those $60 kits!! also, is that with phillips bulbs? cause phillips bulbs new are usually no less than $80 for a nearly new set, way more for completely new.

^ never said he did, it was my question that mentioned phillips bulbs. but whats the point of hella if your just going to use POS aftermarket bulbs? there is no way $60 can get you any sort of quality hella kit...at least that is what i am aware of, which is the reason for my questions...
