the 6k will have a blue color to them were the 45k will be pure white. I just swapped out my 6k's for some 43k's and I love them!

I have another question for you guys who have bought your HID kit from DDM tuning. How important/necessary is it to have the 'accessory wiring harness' for the HID's to work properly. Also what is the function of that harness?...because I noticed that a few other kits (ex. the group buy, and xenon depot) have the wiring harness included.

What kit are you purchasing? When I ordered mine, it included everything. Here is a picture. [IMG]

I was looking at this kit and i guess i just didn't see the wiring harness in the picture and it didn't mention that it was included. Thanks for the feedback though guy.

The harness is recommended but I've ran my kit for 2 years without one. Oh well.

How would a 35w h7 kit work fitted into the eagle eye ccfl projector lo beam? Anyone done this? Would the cutoffs in the projectors prevent me from having to point them at the ground so not getting flashed all the time? The way the weatherprrofing is set up on the back of the unit, it appears that I'd have to poke the HID wiring thru it or poke the original wiring out to get to HID plugs and reaseal them with silicone or something.

Like I promised, some pics of the 5000K installed on the xB. I included some pics of the truck with stock lights as a comparison. I like the light output from the 5000k but I think when I get ready to do the truck, I will most likely go with something in the 4500k range as I think the 5000k is still too blue for me. Good thing the wife likes the new lights or else I wouldn't be able to get some for the truck. :D

Just cut a small hole big barely big enough for the wiring and stretch the rubber out to feed the plugs through.
