Where to get HID's from

I've ordered three sets from them in the last 3 and got my lights within 2 days! I would stick with DDM for the awsome price.

 

uhh goodluck with the mod-express. a friend of mine wouldnt take my word, ordered a kit from them. ballast went bad a week right after warranty. no product is 100% perfect.

 

go on craigslist type in hid kit and look for someone local that sells them. I found a guy that does auto electronics stuff ordered two different sets from him and both have worked great.

 

I've seen those, there's a lot of Xenon kits. I didn't try since they seemed too good to be true for me (I've mainly seen them online or at shops for $100+ just for one pair). I feel like ordering online now is more or less 50/50 chance of getting what I need and have it work more than a week, etc. etc.

 

lol, the finger prints and such I learned when I was changing the high wattage photography bulbs (had 2 blow an actual hole in the glass surround literally, I am guessing that is where the finger prints were).

Right and after not having good luck with DDM tuning I'm going with something that mjp2 uses. To each their own.

damn it's such a hassle now for some HID's, lol, I hope this isn't happening to LED's.

 

i bought 3 sets of hid conversions from e-bay. headlights,foglights, and hella 500. haven't had a problem yet. they are really bright. i paid 49.00 including shipping, which took about a week.
that being said, hid conversions are great, super bright if your looking at them but they do not project light far enough, unless you have the proper lense. this is why true hid lights are so expensive.

 

I ordered some raptor lights from DDM and they came in a week and everything went smooth. IDK just must be bad luck to the other 2 guys.

he was talking about online hids and how it is too good to be true I was just saying I picked them up from this guy and he said call him if anything happened. seems like better option then ordering from some random website. wouldn't you agree?
