I know nothing about DDM. But whoever that guy is obviously has some issues. He condemns email communication on one hand because it's not fun to him and instructs people to text him what they want. That seems ludicrous, but to each his own...

I guess they've changed on how they work. I've been at their shop before a couple of times to get bumpers and headlight housing, They were pretty helpful and quick at getting stuff ready on short notice.
