H7 equivalent bulb in dual filament (High/Low)?

5100 set to max, pending LSD and TRD CAI

Is there an H7 equivalent bulb in dual filament (High/Low)? Reason I ask is because I just got a set of Hella projectors from my brother (came off of his 2005 BMW Z4). I’d like to retro fit them in either the taco or my wife’s Rodeo and I’m looking for a bulb that would fit in the current H7 socket but has dual filament. Google didn’t help so I’m think one does not exist but thought I’d ask anyway.
