H7 equivalent bulb in dual filament (High/Low)?

Is there an H7 equivalent bulb in dual filament (High/Low)? Reason I ask is because I just got a set of Hella projectors from my brother (came off of his 2005 BMW Z4). Iíd like to retro fit them in either the taco or my wifeís Rodeo and Iím looking for a bulb that would fit in the current H7 socket but has dual filament. Google didnít help so Iím think one does not exist but thought Iíd ask anyway.
