    My steps converged at well over 30 ft. That pic was about 30 yds from the truck (as you see in the pic). Closer to the truck there are two defined steps spaced out. I will check the distance at 30 ft.

    damn, that's pretty pricey! I did my kit from used parts and it came to $201.50 total, but yours looks badass :thumbsup:

    FWIW....

    The stepping is not standard among all cars, however, they should be as far apart as the headlights are. The reason for this is so that when the vehicle tilts up slightly, the cutoff's con't converge, then grow apart when the vehicle tilts down.

    My old car had Factory HID's, and they were stepped evenly so that the bottom of the right cutoff was equal with the bottom of the left cutoff. But on my 2011 Infiniti, the bottom of the right cutoff is at the same height as the TOP of the left cutoff. There are literally two steps up, left to right. This is how I have the stepping set on my 95 Tacoma with the FX-R retrofit.
