Ive been seeing alot of crappy reviews of DDM Tuning and thought I'd share my experience with them.

I bought my HID's in November, 55w H4s and 35w H10s. Install went great and works awesome. Last month, after mudding a few times, water and mud entered some of the connections and they went bad. The connections burned up and my HID's would no longer turn on as a result of the crap I put them through.

I called DDM tuning last week and explained what had happened and asked if I could get new parts for those affected (It was the hi/low controller and wiring harness). They asked me to send them pics and submit a claim. I called them, sent them pics, and filed the claim all the same night. They reviewed the claim and sent me brand new parts which I received yesterday. I hooked them up and it works awesome, good as new. There was no delays in calls, no giving me lip about my problems, and plain trouble-free customer service. I know many on here have had issues with them which seems unfortunate but my experience only allows me to recommend them. I think the lifetime warranty they offer on their products is well worth it, and they've (products and reps) served me well.
