    Does any body know the difference between the HELLA 500 And the
    HELLA FF500?

    Nice bracket!! I'm probably going the flush style grill and I'm wondering if I get the Hella 500 or Hella 500FF Driving lights will the light still be visible and usable since the lights won't be as close to the grill as the OP's. Not sure if I will go HID at first, just have never done any HID upgrades so not sure how hard it is.

    my girlfriend ordered me a set of hids to convert my hella lights for my birthday, only she ordered me ones with h1 bulbs. Will they be to long or not work at all? Thanks

    So how bright are these HID Hella 500s?? Compared to LED bar? I didnt see any pics from inside looking out..

    1997 t4r has super duty axles, 5.13s locked front and rear. 3 link front with 14" kings. Rear 63s.
    I sell the 500ff at work going to have to buy them and do this.

    On my truck compared to a 40" double row cree bar, about half as bright but much brighter then stock high beams.

    5k Switchback LED foglight mod, Flowmaster 40 dual exhaust, UWS Diamond-Plated toolbox, Hella 500's, bull bar, DARK 5% tinted windows, Pacer Rims, K&N Air Filter, Line-X bedliner, Cobra CB Radio/PA System, VVME 35w 4300k HIDs, camo seat covers
    Gus 524, that's correct. All you need to make sure is that it's an H3 bulb. 55w or 35w and color temp are your choice. I bought the 55w 6000k kit from VVME and plan on installing it soon!

Lifited: Fat Bob's rear shocks, Fat Bob's 3" spacer and rear AAL, Nitto Terragrapplers, weldertaco wrap around rear tube bumper, TrailWorx Fab tube front bumper
    Don't do 55w Ballasts, you will melt your lenses.

    I thought I remember earlier in the tread someone said this and the op responded saying that it would be fine with 55 watt. Anyone want to expand on this.
