I started building a light bar today and I have a few pieces cut out and and mocked up. I bolted them to the truck to test fit today and found a few issues. If I can figure out how I will post a few photos for everyones feedback. I tried to make the top edge flush with the top of the bumper cover right at the grill.

What I need is this... I have not purchased lights yet... not sure what to get so I need a few measurements... like how far out from the bumper do I need to be so the lights have room to be mounted. I also need to know what is a common mount for the lights... A 1/2" hole? 3/8" hole?

I was thinking about 2-1/2" would be enough room.... Check the photos and let me know your thoughts.

Sorry for the crappy photos.. taken with my Iphone.

I actually have a jeep now. Imagine that.
might be easier to find the lights you want and then make your measurements once you have the lights. That way you know it will be right.
