Aiming Foglights Retry

Previous post was hijacked,perhaps this one can be respected!

I just installed foglights on my 2010 tacoma.I know how to adjust the height,but not a clue as to where they should legally point or how to determine where they are pointing. Can someone tell me how to perfom this procedure? TY

The following was offered-- from the headlight cutoff down............they should light up the portion of the road where the bottom cutoff of the headlights dont hit, plus or minus some. Does this mean that I find an isolated strip of road and do this, and if so how much road are we talking about.sorry but if the poster could explain just a wee bit more or someone else could pipe in,I would appreciate this. Thank you
