Your truck thinks that the bulb is out because LEDs draw much less power than an incandescent bulb. It may look cool, but how are you going to tell if a bulb is out now? This is often referred to the "ricer blink", because people usually just buy LEDs and throw them in without fixing the lower draw of power. You can fix that by going to ebay or v-leds.com to purchase an LED flasher relay replacement.

LEDS have much lower resistance than incandescent bulbs. Add some resistors to the circuit or find a LED with built in resistors for a comparable value.

I just installed some for my rear turn signals as well and I personally hate the hyperblink effect!!!! It reminds me to much of a rice burner from the 90's!!!:jerkoff: I just e-mailed v-leds.com to find out which resistor kit I needed cause I also plan on getting some LED's for the front turn signals as well. I have to admit, the red LED's I got for the rear turn signals looked pretty sweet and complimented the 2010 tails I got!:D

Hey does anyone know what the difference is between the "3 OHM 50W 4-bulb" compared to the "6 OHM 50W 4-bulb?" Obviously the difference is the "3 OHM compared to the 6 OHM." But what is the difference? Heres a link:

difference in the amount of resistance...6 ohm is more resistance.
