after some research i was between the phillips xtreme and the osram nightbreakers. i decided on the phillips so far for a few reasons (no blue tint, last longer, street legal...) but as i look to buy the phillips online they are listed as hi beam or low beam +80%, i need dual beam, i did find a few online but then when reading the description it says either hi or low. any experience wth these? i want to have both hi and low still

you can tell if they are a hi/low beam by the bulb type itself. like an h1 is only a single filament, where as an h4 is dual. i would side with philips, but that is only my preference

i've had the phillips xtreme h4s in my truck for nearly a year now and i've been pretty happy with them. i have both low and hi beams.
