custom angel eye wireing question

im about to install my trs retro fit with angel eyes in to my 2000. im planing on wireing them to the my dtrls so they come one when i turn on the dtrls. my question is it possible to wire it so that when i turn the switch to the first mark that turns just the dtrls on that they come on but when i turn it to the next mark that turns the head lights on that the angel eyes turn off.
so it would be like this

everthing off

dtrls and angels on head lights off

dtrls and head lights on angels off

Shit you don't play around and you know your shit it looks complicated but do able it will be pretty bitchen so I should use 16 gauge for all of it
