How to wire fogs without splicing/cutting parking light??

Could someone please direct me to a write up or explain to me on how to wire fog lights on an 2.7l without splicing into the parking light? I also want them to work like how they come out of the factory (high beams on fogs off and low beams on fogs on). My truck is not pre wired. Any amount of help is appreciated!

 

If you use a relay, you will be a trigger wire from the parking lights to energize the relay.

 

Relay.
Hot and ground from the low beam on the headlight socket to pins 85 and 86 with a 5a fuse.
Battery to fuse to to pin 87. Fogs to pin 30.

Fire and forget. Fogs will be on with the low beams, off with the high beams, off with the headlights off. No forgetting to turn them off, no running wiring through the firewall, no switch to install on the dash.

 

Thanks for the correction. Low beams is what I meant to say. If you turn the brights on, the fogs go off

And the switch on my stalk is always left on.

On the headlight socket, there are 3 wires.
The one top middle is the low beam hot.
The other red one is the high beam hot.
The 3rd wire is white (may have a colored tracer) is the ground.

Connect the relay coils across the white and middle wires (with a fuse) and the headlights will pull the relay in.
