03 tacoma led running light problems

I have a 2003 Toyota Tacoma and I had stock lights on there and everything worked fine. i installed some aftermarket LED lights and the right side running light is not coming on. i switched the right side to the left side to see if it was the brake light and everything came on. so im really confused about this. im thinking its the wiring harness but if that was the case then why whould the stock light work and not the aftermarket light.

any help is appreciated.
