Still pretty steep IMHO. As long as I have been around the Toyota scene they have been selling for $500-$750 complete. At the $1000 dollar price point anyone would be silly to purchase a used elocker over and ARB for there existing rear end.

Yeah i saw 2 sell for 500-750 on this forum, with a couple more miles than mine and I put everything together with the gears.

I guess i would take 1000 for it all and 750 stand alone for the rear end.

FWIW, I sold my 8" e-locker with stock gears and about 60k miles for $750 a few years ago. I scrapped the housing due to lack of interest.

I just sold my 8.4 with an ARB and stock gears for ~$900, I wouldnt expect any where near that for an ungeared elocker

The gears are the biggest thing I don't want to take a hit on. They are brand new in the box with install kit. Did your guys rear end include hubs? And drums? Just out of curiosity.

I've been wanting to build one of these to try. Does anyone know the cup size for a 1" uniball, or the O.D. Of the uniball? I'm out of town for another week or I would go measure one off my truck

For the piece that sits on the cup...or the piece that drives the uniball out?
