    Yep, i'm aware but was curious if there was a way to avoid this with some specialty part. I had a chat with LSK on saturday and he thought there was such a part but couldn't remember the name or # to look for.

    The icon billet arm has this solution and does not need to be removed from the truck... They're 1200 for the pair which is a bit steep but it may be worth it for that adjustability if it's not a weak point... and as far as where to locate when solid mounting I had just planned on running LSK's tabs/kit that gets rid of the cams. Seems like a good option for me with my TC cam gussets.

    And thanks for the response fellas. I realize this is "mid travel" stuff but you guys have the knowledge and experience base on this kind of stuff

    If you want a tool to spread those quick in the future Luis check out this tool. My dad and I use it on our track Evo. Bit overkill but it works really well. Especially when the piston count gets above 4 :wink:

    allpro long travel, shackle flip with ome dakars, cruisin offroad bumpers and sliders, 4.88 gears with arb's front and rear, budbuilt skids.
    I would just take the time to set it up. The pinch bolt is nice but its just another thing to fail when running hard. Plus once the alignment is set with solid mounted lowers and hiemed uppers you should never have to do an alignment again unless you bend your frame, and at the point you probably have bigger shit to worry about.

    Ehhh it's really not hard to tweak/bend a Toyota frame. They are not known for their strength. Especially if you don't have secondary shock hoops or a coilover tower crossover bar/engine cage. Even a 1/8" frame tweak is enough to make alignment completely whack. Hard bump travel pushes the lower part of the frame out like so:

    Like I said though then you have bigger shit to worry about like building an cross bar or engine cage.

    They are not as big as it looks in that picture there are a few different types. And they go between the pistons and push out evenly.

    mine are hiemed but not sure if its giving me more travel, anthony is pulling full travel and his are not hiemed, i wasn't pulling full travel with mine tho cuz i still had the inner fender well so i was strapped around 16-17" instead of 19"
