idk why this is quickly derailing into a welding circle jerk

if you can stick metal together good enough for it to stay, perfecting it will come with practice and learning.
the point is you build something yourself, so you can fix it yourself, because you will likely break it yourself
don't be scared to start because naysayers tell you equipment is too expensive or its too hard... its the best decision you can make, there will always be something to build better or gusset on your truck, and you'll save a lot and learn even more not taking it to a shop

tldr; invest in yourself, and the ridiculously destructive and snowballing hobby you're getting into

That's sexy. I like how you left room to get stuff into the back part of the cab. Even got fancy and painted it!

That's smart. I hate pilfering through stuff out of that part of the cab. I took a digger a couple years ago and a toolbox puked back there. Tools randomly appear in whoop sections now. :D

They are corbeau FX1s for the front two and a FX1 pro for the rear seat.

ATO front skid (need more but icon's might fail if I hang anything else from my truck) All-Pro front bumper thanks to a good deal here and a pesky encounter with a rock or 20, total chaos uppers.
If I had 1/10th of Landon's welding skills I'd be saving some $$$ going to use a friends welder this week and work on a climbing wall for the garden. I'll post a few shots and you will see why I get to pay for fab work...

Wow a bunch of whining going on in here. Bottom line, anyone can do fab work. It just depends how serious you take it and how much you want to learn. It's just like learning to color inbetween the lines when you are a kid. Same concept goes with fab. I never worked at a shop and only took one welding class but I knew where I wanted to go and just practiced. On another note some people don't like to so the work and if they can afford for someone to do it for them then more power to them! Hell I wish all the time that I could just pay someone to work ony crap but its not in the books for me so I do it myself. In the end all that matters is we are out in the dirt having a good time beating up our trucks!
