The gel coat that Glassworks can put on look much better than raw fiberglass for sure on white trucks. They can even do color options, for a white or black truck that could be ideal if you don't plan on or want to wait awhile. Doesn't add much extra cost to the glass either.

ATO front skid (need more but icon's might fail if I hang anything else from my truck) All-Pro front bumper thanks to a good deal here and a pesky encounter with a rock or 20, total chaos uppers.
For now the plan is to do both! The bronco is going to live at the train station near my wife's office so she can ride the train and avoid traffic. (She has to ride drive a little at work) couldn't bring myself to leave the taco alone over night. Really like having a truck and want to finish the taco for riding down through baja. Couldn't get what it's worth to me if I sold it. After the taco is done (gave up the plan to cage it) I'll have a reliable mex truck and still be able to pick up stuff for the house at lowes. Sadly the taco won't like towing the bronco once it's built. Going to start collecting parts for the bronco and when the time comes drop it at solo and throw some $$ at it and have a caged truck that I can have fun with.

Had a blast out in ocotillo at the SoCal tundras meet this weekend. The truck is getting pretty dialed.

Anyone know if there are bumper caps for 2012+ bumpers? Do the original Glassworks caps work on the newer bumpers?

    Truck looks sick Landon.

Yes you probably do. Unless it was too stiff to begin with. And if you are, Id think all of them a bit since each tube is just a zone for the shaft.

Your truck looks good, granted I havent seen it in person, I'll start getting estimates. If I can get a decent paint job for around that price I'll do it. I was thinking of a satin black type color but a little more gloss than matte.

Are u talking winch type weight? So winch plus extra plate n tube to mount and strengthen... I would think u would really want to step up spring rates and some valving. Im not the right person to give help on valving and stuff though... I'm sure others will chime in, just need to know how much more weight we talking about.

About 75 pounds I believe. I have no idea what spring rate my coils are right now. It wasn't too stiff at all it felt great. The springs are a little saggy though

    More likely 600.

Upping the whole stack on the piston would be the best idea.

You have Eibach coils yes? What's the part number say on them? Should 1800.300.500 or 1800.300.600

The 1800 could be 1600 too.

I'm gonna guess the correct way would be new shim stack. But you may be able to just use the tubes.

Sometimes they engrave the numbers at the ends of the springs.
