Nice looking truck! I have been looking into the Giant rear leaf kit to see if it is something I will be able to do on my own. Are you pretty happy with the set up? How does the bed cage work? It does not seem too obtrusive. I need something to keep up with my Total Chaos LT in the front.

When I e-mailed them for more information, they actually sent me a photo of your truck bed! :)

This truck is no joke. In 2wd in Pismo Beach 95% of the time on Mud Terrains.

if you can weld and fabricate, and figure the geometry, you can do it yourself...

i have seen some who did it themselves to save themselves a trip to Cali, only to have something go wrong and spend 3x more bringing the truck down here to have it fixed...

unless you have the terrain to use that much suspension, it's just not worth the money for "the look"

if you will be using the suspension and you value the truck, then look to invest properly and do it right...

or buy a daily driver and make the tacoma a project

I'm definitely going to be needing the travel if I get going on the trips that I am planning for next summer...the rear bucks and bottoms the whole day as it is now.

I can weld and do minor fabrication, but the setting of the angles is what makes me nervous. I definitely think $900 or so for the install is a great deal, but I don't know about the time my truck (and therefore me) would be out of commission.

Sick truck dude! Just wondering though, what size are your tires? They look a tad narrow for that setup... All in all though, bitchin' rig.

He works a lot and doesn't waste his time on TW like me.
