    Right on.

Not that it matters really or effects anything, but I hope they put a little more effort cosmetically into the truck for next season:cool:

    thanks guys...

    Anthony, check this out... hahaha...

so, i shopped around at my usual spots like America's Tire, Discount Tire, Just Tires, and 4WP...

i was quoted about $250 to $270 per tire, plus tax, plus mount and balance, etc... on average, for 6 tires mounted, balanced, and certificates, $1860 to $1910 out the door...

12 months interest free finance @27%APR after 12 months... only catch, nobody had them in stock until mid January...

one night, i happened to be on ebay looking at camera equipment, and decided to see what tires go for...

found Discount Tires Direct (America's Tire) with those tires at $273 each, no sales tax, free shipping... they have them listed as in stock with a 4 day estimated ground shipping...

so, looking at my finances, come to find out that Paypal is having a promo on BillMeLater for 18 months interest free finance @20%APR after 18 months...

i jumped on it, and with the distribution center being in Phoenix, i got the tires in 2 business days for $1630... went to America's Tire and bought 6 certificates and lifetime balance for $249...

so total cost was $1879 with cost of the tires financed, it works out to $91 a month, although i did pay off half of that on the first month's bill...

on a sidenote, i have been going to America's Tire for over 10 years and never realized that they can flex on the price of the certificates and lifetime balance... when i walked in for the certs and asked for the price to cover all 6 tires, i said ouch at the initial quote, so the guy tells me that since i had more than 4, he could bring the price down a bit...

sorry for the long winded answer... hahaha
