As of now that is the plan I'm going to offer EMPI tundra axles with new cv boots. But I am going over axle's with a friend that owns a machine shop can't say where that will go its to early in the design process.

Anything BUT EMPI Axles!!!!!!!!
Have you ever used them??? Garbage, cheap, sometimes the joints aren't even greased, massive vibes, clicking.

You'll be having to warranty them left and right.

Chinese Junk.

Of course OEM or custom chromoly, but I'm sure your trying to be cost effective.

FEQ is a similar brand to EMPI in the fashion of aftermarket axles and seem to have a little better build quality. But again they are aftermarket as well...

Right!

There is no such thing as a liftime warranty on an OEM part.

Edit: unless you keep getting the same part warrantied within the warranty time frame, thus starting over the warranty each time creating a warranty loop. Happens all the time, especially on batteries.

The duralast tundra axles are liftime warranted they sell 2 different types new and reman the new ones are $80 with no core and the reman are $59,99 with a $70 core charge. So i will most likely go with the new and change the boots out. Was also told that if I change the boots it will not void the warranty.

This is just another option
