In short no point in front lt if the rear isn't built. The rear bucks the most, front mid travel can hang pretty well if the rear is built correctly.

I'm m/t up front but I'm building the rear of my truck at the moment.

You guys.....Anyone stop to think that the OP already has plans for the rear, and is simply asking about the front for now?

Yes...which is why I suggested the rear first. Hard to make a recommendation without knowing the other half of the equation.

Should I wear my black sneakers or the white ones to match my outfit...

An LT is going to be much more functional than a DB lift.

What are you trying to accomplish with your lift? Travel? Ground Clearance? Curb appeal?

I was set for some advice, since the front kit is a bolt-on, and an ideal rear LT setup would require cutting & trimming in to the bed of the truck and welding a frame up why not ask around. Lol it's all good, I'll figure it out.

Not all LT rear set ups require cutting the bed.

Well technically LT isn't bolt on.

Let's start over.

OP what are you plans for the rear?

From a functional standpoint, doing any form of LT up front would be a waste of money if you don't have a rear suspension that can keep up with it. Generally speaking you want ~25-30% more travel out of the rear of the truck to get the most out of the front. Not sure what your wheeling preferences are, but if you aren't prepared to put the money into the rear, a solid midtravel setup will serve you every bit as good as the AP 2" kit (and probably better in the tighter trails). In the end it's your $$$$.

And whipper's right, not even the front is completely bolt on. Some welding required.
