I knew ordering from galssworks would be a pain in the ass. I have herd the stories, but i decided to anyways. Well its been almost 2 months and still no fenders. I have talked to them 2 or 3 times and they always say they will be there in a day or two.

I have been trying to get a hold of them for the past 2 weeks and can not. Im about to have my credit card company take my money back.

I have emailed and called like 100 times over the past 2 weeks without success.

Grrr. I want the fenders so I can order my LT kit. They are holding me up.

that's pretty shitty to hear. I've read the stories too. Mine only took two weeks, but I also picked mine up from the shop.

    Camburg long travel, full glass,
I had the same experience I ordered through a shop and They we're to be "delivered" by Tim. Needless to say a month later and 8-10 proposed delivery days nothing so we cancelled the order. Was gonna use fiberwerx but they rubbed me the wrong way so I called glassworks and ended up driving to them and picked up front and rears for cheaper then they quoted me over the phone..... Weird business practices but there stuff fits so well, that prolly dosnt help at all but don't be afraid to cancel if u are not happy.

I've had problems with Tim before.

Go through Kartek Offroad. I had their manager get a hold of Tim for my parts

Maybe I will look into Hanneman. I just wanted Glassworks because everyone including Camburg said they are the best fit. I Asked Camburg if they could order them for me, but they said they could not. Who all sells Glassworks fenders?

If he's got fenders in stock why is anyone waiting for them ? And if someone shows up at the shop and walks away with a set,it's no wonder he's backordered.

i went through a third party and i would recommend doing the same; sadly, most of the third party sellers i know of have dropped their ties with glassworks solely because of their poor customer service.

    buy fiberwerx or hanneman IMO

Looks like I will be contacting my credit card company tomorrow. I will call Glassworks 25 times tomorrow before I do to give them one last shot.

Try it, Kartek is a glassworks distributor and they will not charge you extra for the assistance as glassworks is close by. Tim sells his rear bumper caps for 150, kartek charged me 150

X2 on the gelcoat I requested dark grey and they gave me light grey super thin. No return on my calls regarding that. And it took them 4 weeks to complete, with harrassing calls from myself and my shop to get them.
