Finally got my truck back today and I have to say I'm quite pleased with the bumper. I still plan on mounting a light bar in the front of it and cutting vents for it to shine through and let more air to the radiator

Is it just me or does it look hella tight against the grille? Usually people allow like a 1/4" spacing for flex. Better hope you dont hit anything with it.

No your right, it is a little close.

The Aluminum plate is warped a little from sitting in the heat for a little bit in the last picture, but it is fine if it has been in the shade so it is nothing that will bother me any. the grill support isn't attached to the plating or mounts at all so it would actually have room to slide over it IF it were to get hit hard enough.
