LT front Mid Rear???

I plan this set up in the near future. Leaning towards TC as of right now for the front and the rear I already have a shackle flip and plan expos within a built +1 shackle.

There will be no 'high-speed' anything, so I never really though about LT the rear. I should be able to run a set-up like this correct? I plan on making the jump to 35-37 within the next 8 months, if that changes glass options?? Or should I rethink my plans?

You'll get better performance out of rear LT and mid front than the other way around. If you LT the front first, the rear is always trying to catch up and ends up bucking the shit out of you, especially with a shackle flip kit which further reduces uptravel.

There's no advantage to run LT up front if you're not going to be running fast. You can do the same thing with a solid MT setup.

In the future I want to go with a TC 2" up front with Icons and an AP expo pack with shock relocate, shackle flip and 12" shocks for rear. And some hydro bumps in the rear too. I think that would work well for my uses. not doing anything really fast.
Edit - May not be necessary but really badass. Something like Mr Grimms setup.

X2 why would you consider LT if you aren't planning anything high speed? That is its main purpose... The kits are built to be stronger and take that kind of abuse.

You can fit 35's without LT. Just need a grinder and your favorite BFH. Plenty of guys have done it on here.
Its a common misconception that a shackle flip increases travel. It doesn't..at all..and in most cases decreases overall travel. It increases downtravel (droop), but at the sacrifice of uptravel.

I never said it increased travel, I know it doesn't. I got it to to keep the highest point of travel further away from the body.

I know I don't need LT, but besides new rims there really is no way to Increase trac width. I mean if I have to go full LT front and read it really is no issue, just added expense of read glass as well.

I like to think of modifications as an "as needed" basis. What is it you're doing that requires more track width? Second gen tacomas already have a WMS-WMS of 65". To put things in perspective a bit, a stock first gen taco is only 60" WMS-WMS and a first gen TUNDRA is 66".
I'm not trying to change your mind about LT, but LT is pretty much the most damn expensive bolt on modification you can do to your truck...and it never ends. Once you go LT, you'll keep pushing it and shit always breaks and you're going to always be fixing it. My truck's been on jack stands almost as much as it's been on tires.

I have 2nd vehicle so downtime doesn't matter my taco is my toy. I don't see how the rear as to 'catch up' in terms of travel. If nothing I do is over 40mph??

I am under the impression that long travel was the way to go, for maximum droop and stuff. Or can a well built mid do just as good in rocks and off camber stuff?

Speed means nothing without terrain. Doing 40mph through Barstow main with your truck and the rear of your truck would damn near flip over the front from bucking so hard.
Just saying, if I was in your shoes, based off what I read I'd just do a mid-travel setup and save the money I would of spent on LT for hookers and blow.
