long travel suspension or...

i have found long travel suspension kits that i like and am not sure if i want to go with a long travel kit from someone total chaos or camburg engineering. or if i should just save the money and get a nice camburg, fox, coil over set up with something in the rear too.

any ideas opinions?????

what is the real difference in long travel vs. simply coil overs in overall suspension feel????

--cheers

it all depends on what kind of off roading you are doing. do you really need long travel. the feel between the two are about the same, the main difference is the width of the truck. I have Engage lt and it is 4" wider than stock so you need to get used to the width.

x2 it all depends on the type of off roading you are planning on doing. If you are planning on runnin through the desert then you would probably want the LT set up.

TC or Camburg LT is gonna cost you around $2500, then you gotta buy new 8" CO's for around $1200, then you'll need fiberglass fenders for around $400 if you plan on actually using the truck for what it's being build for, then your gonna need new tires cause LT w/ stock tires is gonna look so gay.

you need to decide if your willing to spend $4000+ on parts plus install and alignement costs if your not going to be using the LT. like said before, all depends on your offroading plans
