Long travel suspension questions

I'm not sure if this was already talked about or not but I have a few questions about front and rear long travel suspensions;
1. Do they utilize the stock 4x4 spindle
2. How much of a front lift do they give
3. Depending on how much lift in the front, what kind of leaf setup should I run in the rear 3" long travel or 5" long travel.
4. What type of shock should I use front and rear.

I really want to turn my 08 into a badass looking truck not only for offroad but the street as well.

1. Yes it uses the stock one
2. It gives you as much lift as can crank your c/o to. so about 3"
3. Um it depends if you are just buying springs or doing a spring under kit
4. I would do a Fox or King with a resi and same for the rear. 2.5s in the front and 2.0s in the rear unless you wanna drop the coin on by-passes for the rear.

I think it's where you drive more than 6 hours at a time. I'm subscribed in the hope of finding out for sure.
