    Not enough.
Even if he was preparing for the race he should have finished the job first, at least called him and give the customer some info.

It's none of my business but I feel for the guy who got screwed for his hard earned money.

OP, just take a trip to the race, confirm that he is in truck 1435, and delete him!

    JK just beat his ass...severely.

Hey whats up again guys. My claim is currently pending through Paypal. Right now its awaiting Nates response. Anyways, that $400 deposit wont be covered by paypal under one of their policies. When the claim goes in my favor i'll only get $875 back. So yeah im pretty much discouraged from doing anything to my truck for a while cuz of shit like this. BTW his last name is Batchelder.

I love a good mystery, so I did some snooping around.:spy:

There are 2 numbers listed on the Batch Racing site-
    951-389-4009
    and
    714-321-9379

I got nothing from the 951 number, but the 714 number was attached to a sign company with the name of, get this, BatchGraphics.

The old address for the sign company is a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home w/ 1,400 square feet, built in 1962 -

    15932 pilgrim cir Huntington Beach , CA , 92647
    http://maps.google.com/maps?hl=en&q...code_result&ct=image&resnum=1&ved=0CBcQ8gEwAA

This address is in the white pages as-
Robert Batchelder with a phone number of (794)894-2403

    GET'CHO MONEY!

God I love the internetz! :D

Go find a lawyer and ask how much he wants to send him a letter threatening lawsuit and what not, with the legal header and all. Can't be much just to type up a letter and mail it. Or make a fake lawyer name and legal header page.....something to just get ur money. It's not like ur asking for extra $. Which I think u deserve for the bs you've gone through.

that is illegal I think and could get OP in way more trouble and trouble than he is in right now, i'd just stick to a real lawyer
