This is the one I have. 95% positive. I took it to pep boys and took a few marine batteries and went with what fit. Even though I was really wanting an optima b/c it's a gel base vs a water base.

Yes I have a wonderful lift on it.

You will love it trust me. It's way better than an 2004. My dad has a 1st gen as well base model tho. He hates getting into mine but I think he's loved it from the day I got mine. Mine is a 2011. So no difference at all just the front grill and bumper.
