      Hello, I saw your posting about installing second generation bed rails in your first gen tacoma and I was wondering if that was an easy clean install or did you have any issues? I'm looking to install rails on my 2004 tacoma on the sides of the bed. I would really appreciate any info or advice you may have to share about your experience doing that.

        it was a pretty clean install. I just lined it up to the bottom part of the lip. i just used clamps to hold it while i drilled the holes and put bolts and nuts to hold it together. I had the truck for 3 years with the rails and they held my shell with out any problems. sorry i dont have any pictures to show the install, and i no longer have the truck.
