Any Intrest in an OHIO Meet?

UPDATE: A suggestion was made to post a poll to see what type of meet most want, so I will do that under the title OHIO MEET POLL

As a result of Nick Sells (Anyone IN Ohio) thread, a few expressed interest in an Ohio meet. I believe we in the northeast would be willing to go half way to Columbus for a meet up, but as of now I am speaking for myself. If your interested and are willing to meet in this general area, post up and we will try to make it happen.


I figure I will let the post run untill say December 10 or 17 so that others can express an intrest. It seems to me an indoor meet and greet might be best due to the weather were likely to get.

If you guys meet in Columbus, I would be willing to come on up. There are a few people in my NKY/SW Ohio thread that live up there. I'll post something in my thread to let them know.

 

Hell, I don't care. Seems like there is a desire to get a pretty good size meet together and if everyone was willing meet up the columbus area, it would have a really good turn out. There was a good show of hands at Neils last event, 13, 14 or so and it seems there are a good number of more northern Ohio members who want hold a meet as well. If something got planned for when it warms up in the spring I think that would be ideal. Having it a little later might also give a chance to get a really big group rounded up.

There is this place east of Columbus, looks like they some good stuff. I know nothing about it but a phone call could take of that.

Dayton region here - but originally from the Cambridge OH area- Im in for a meet at Gasline Motorsports!

 

I"ll have to give them a call and see what their whole shindig is. It looks like they have a season when they are open, so it would have to be based on when they are open for the season. Have you ever heard about it Brian?

I do think you have to pay to get in, but only $20 and overnight camping is something that can be done as well.

Count me in!!! Colombus is completely doable. There is a park on the NE side of Columbus, Sharon Woods? I think. Of course, it is going to be super cold, but there is also a Quaker Steak and Lube nearby. I think if we could have this is February, more people might be able to attend, but I am down whenever.
