Unfortunately I don't wheel my rig much anymore. Got more into road racing. But I used to frequent the Badlands in Indiana during college and went up to the Mounds a couple times.

But there are still some open spots for anybody else interested! Don't forget the free lunch, Nascar driving simulator, and some free Toyota swag. I'd really like to get some modded Tacoma's at the show to show our Japanese staff the real American usage for trucks.

It also looks like we may have one of the first Scion FR-S in southeast michigan on display,.

ANDDD i am officially back from Cali! Looks like yal have made some progress while i was gone. Only one thing that needs to be mentioned b4 I do anything crazy with my truck... I have no rear bump stops :( One was completely missing and the other was attached by a small little space about ready to fall off the plate... soooo currently no rear bumps

I have my old stock bump still if you want them. I also have a few sets of better bumps sitting around.

It's what I'm going to rent when I stay there in August. Be there a month probably. They were built in Cali for many years weren't they? Or maybe still are...no clue.

Found about 20 miles of new trail out here in Yankee springs tonight wondering around. Pretty rough trail, some I think impassable with heavy rain. Looks like parts go between 2 marshes. It's all very dry and sandy right now though.

So went to Kids in the Mud sunday to test how the suburban works, oh yea and we also took a four letter word. Anyhow the burb did better than expected. And yea we put a set of fox's 2.0 RR on the back.
Anyhow the place was real dry.

    Here are a few pics:

is that place worth the time of day for a real good time, or just good to test your mods?

I only really go there to test out mods.

When there is rain and if you like mud runs then you will have fun there. Thats just not my thing. He is trying to do more with the place so we will see long term. There are a few fun trails in the woods. So basically its an good way to kill a few hours but probably not a full day for most of us.

his original shop was right down the road from my house. and his property bordered property that my work owns. He was a dick neighbor and a lot of folks that are worried about stream health and fish in Bloomingdale are now watching him and his 'Conservation minded mud runs' He's just an ahole if you really get to know him.
