    I only get one day a week off right now from work. Hopefully winter time will free things up with bikes in storage and work slowing down.

    I ran into another Tacoma at the dunes.

    I am planning one more trip to Silver Lake this year. It will be the weekend after Labor day if anyone wants to meet up.

    If you pick a date to go to Silver Lake I can probably be peruaded to meet you up there. If I dont have plans I'm always up for a run at the dunes.

    Well, don't tempt me. Right now, other than the 265's, she's mostly stock. However, I have plans to, sometime in September, throw on a full OME suspension. Nitrochargers all around, 882's up front, Dakar leaf-pack in the rear. Also, I'll be getting front and rear bumpers, and sliders, from AO. It'll take me a few days to install all of that, and, while I'm at it, I'll be cleaning up and recoating the rear-frame, as well as herculining the bed. So, yup, good times. But, you know, if anyone wants to come to Portland and help me out for a weekend....there will be beer and pizza.

    After that, I'd be more willing to go to the dunes, at least I'll have better clearance, suspension, and armor.

    Well, ha. What was just a low spot in the trail before I bounced the front skid/chassis off due to a sink hole appearing. Um abs almost killed the truck going down a hill with a very rough and close wall of land. And couldn't quite turn around before a nasty hole of water and mud that I swear was 2 foot deep so I just gunned it through a couple times. Overall 10 miles took 1.5 hrs in 4wd by myself. :D

    I'll be camping with a group at silver lake the weekend after Labor day. You need to bring that truck up so we can see how the suspension works.

    Time to get some more runs going.
