They are the Baja series.I can check the backspacing tomorrow but they are 16x8. When I test fit them on my second gen the rears fit great but the fronts hit the caliper, which obviously could be fixed by a spacer.
I never had a first gen so I'm not sure what will fit and what won't on those.
Tomorrow I can take a couple more measurements if you want, I just need to get rid of these bad boys since I can't use them

Did some wheeling at the Badlands yesterday. Was a good time. Mostly Jeeps. Funny I am so used to being in my Toyota and with a mixed group, its funny how much more friendly alot of the other Jeep guys are when you are in a jeep. Group of dudes all in trendied out JK's was originally not to freindly, that is until we had to use the 4runner to pull them out. [IMG]

I'd definitely be taking it to the dealer. I never had that issue on either of mine.

Whats everyone in here been up to? I've done a pretty good job of trashing my truck this year, but thats all part of the fun isn't it.

Upsizing to what? I am probably getting rid of my van and one of my jeeps and getting a 1/2 ton for DD and tow rig. Just dont love anything out these days.

Well this stood out over the F-150 and even the Tundra, didn't look at the Chevy because my co workers 2014 was uncomfortable as hell. Don't get me wrong I'll always be a fan of toyotas. But probably won't go back until they get the gas mileage and interiors improved.

This truck is leaps and bounds improved over previous generation Rams. And the torqueflite 8 speed trans is amazing. Not to mention 22-25 mpg highway and better in town average than my Tacoma.

Nice man. Its a hard decision for me because I will be going from towing with a 1 ton diesel moded to towing to a 1/2 ton. My van get 22 to 26 towing my truck around depending on speed and you definetly don't feel it back there.

I may end up getting a 2010ish Tahoe because I like having the interior space but should really just get a 4door truck.

That's another big plus for me getting a crew cab truck. I can have the front seats all the way back and my father still has a few inches in front of his knees.

Another Michigan Tacoma dropping in! I picked it up in May of this year and haven't seen many other Tacomas at all in my area (Jackson).

That's where my green one was from. It's funny that you say that because I have probably only seen 10 unique Tacomas in Jackson and I've blamed that on not having a dealership in town. But it sounds like regionally they're just plain hard to find.

I'm on the other side of the state in St Joe and even with a dealership we don't have many running around. Most trucks around here are half tons though. Starting to see more Tacomas the last couple years and most of those are 2nd gens.

Hey guys, if you think they're rare sightings now you should have seen it in 1981. That was my first one and I've owned them off and on since then. Still love em.

lol my dad had an old pre-taco small toyota. It was kind of a beast, 35" tires and 6" of lift... too bad it had a garbage engine and he didn't regear so it had no power to turn the tires
